Understand and apply
The trainer alternates explanations and practical activities. Each chapter includes exercises and corrections. PDF training materials are provided.
Assess learning
Objectives are assessed using a criteria-based grid, topic by topic, at the end of each chapter. Needs and level are reviewed in advance with the training manager.
Track attendance and feedback
Participants and the trainer sign an attendance sheet. A satisfaction questionnaire is offered at the end of training.
Document issued on completion: a certificate of completion records the training delivered. It is not a diploma, professional qualification or SAP certification. Learning assessment is separate from the completion certificate.

Enrolment & access lead time
Contact us to assess your needs. Access is arranged upon signature of the training agreement or, in France, through an approved OPCO funding process.
Expected access lead time: 2 days to 4 weeks. Session dates and arrangements are agreed with you before training starts.
Formats & technical resources
In-company training, in person or online. The venue is agreed at enrolment: your premises or a suitable training space.
Online: computer, internet and videoconferencing with screen sharing, such as Teams or equivalent. SAP BFC access and, for EPM, Excel and the add-in are prepared with you.
Fees & funding
From €1,400 excl. VAT per session for 1–2 participants, equivalent to €1,680 including 20% VAT. The quotation specifies content, final price and any agreed expenses.
Company funding or, in France, an application to the relevant OPCO, subject to its criteria and approval. Qualiopi certification does not guarantee funding.
